Built for complex program teams

Give every role the view it needs, with one source of truth.

Program Control is initially focused on teams coordinating multiple complex hardware, software, or hybrid projects.

PMO

PMO & portfolio leaders

Priorities, capacity, funding, dependencies, and health live in different reporting cycles.

See the portfolio and its decisions from one current control layer.
PGM

Program & project managers

Delivery teams update work, then rebuild the same status in roadmaps, reports, and slides.

Update accountable work once and reuse the governed facts everywhere.
REQ

Requirements & systems teams

Intent, implementation, verification, and evidence lose their trace across separate tools.

Keep the chain from requirement to approved evidence visible and reviewable.
EXE

Executives & reviewers

Decision makers receive polished summaries without a fast path back to the source record.

Read current briefings with the underlying risks, decisions, and evidence still connected.
From tool sprawl to controlled flow

Stop rebuilding the same truth across issues, documents, spreadsheets, and decks.

Three connected outcomes

Move from raw information to accountable action and decision-ready status.

Current product views are built to help each role move from a portfolio signal to the exact project, record, source, or decision that needs attention.

01

Plan any delivery model

Build a work breakdown structure or manage epics, sprints, Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid plans in the same connected control model.

02

See the exceptions

Use semantic RAG health, metric drilldowns, risk and resource heat maps, milestone horizons, and dependency impact to focus attention.

03

Knowledge to action

Capture notes and files, select trusted sources, discuss them with AI, then review and apply proposals through normal project controls.

Isolated customer workspaces

Each customer receives a separate portfolio, projects, files, AI conversations, search, audits, reports, invitations, and revision history.

Role-aware dashboards

Choose Standard or Focused displays, configure visible widgets, pin projects, and return to favorite views.

Portfolio intelligence

Semantic RAG health, metric drilldowns, risk and resource heat maps, milestone horizons, and cross-project dependencies.

Flexible delivery

Work breakdown structures, initiatives through subtasks, Agile backlogs, sprints, Kanban, Waterfall, hybrid plans, and work packages.

Integrated roadmap builder

Readable lane labels, a clear today marker, critical-path emphasis, dependencies, milestones, gates, and a schedule minimap.

Assurance & governance

Requirements, verification, RAID, decisions, changes, gates, approvals, and frozen baselines.

Knowledge Hub

Organize spaces and templates, write rich formatted pages with links, and attach supported business files beside the records they explain.

Personal execution

My Work, weekly taskers, assignments, due-state signals, approvals, and project-scoped queues.

Owner-controlled AI

Move through Capture, Select sources, Discuss, and Review and apply. The owner controls who may use configured AI services.

Production operations

Protect each workspace with recovery verification, security alerts, storage limits, AI budgets, and audited service controls.

Versioned accountability

Keep baselines, approval context, revision history, source links, and attributable record changes together.

Founder-led product development

Built around disciplined program control, not another disconnected task board.

Dr. Shane Turner is developing Program Control with direct input from practitioners and early users. The private beta provides a working environment for evaluating connected portfolio controls while the product continues to mature.

Private, accountable collaboration

Access is deliberate. Changes remain attributable.

Program Control combines owner-issued invitations, role and project scope, revisioned records, controlled baselines, and explicit approval boundaries.

How access worksAuthenticated application records remain separate from this public promotional page.

Tenant isolation

Every request verifies the selected workspace and active membership before reading or changing customer data.

Invite-only identities

Application access is granted only through an owner-approved invitation.

Project-scoped roles

Access and contribution rights are constrained by an applied portfolio role and project scope.

Versioned accountability

Controlled changes retain actor, revision, source, and record-level context.

Human-reviewed AI

AI can prepare proposals, but it cannot silently change the controlled portfolio.

Operational guardrails

Workspace storage, AI budgets, recovery evidence, and account status remain visible and server enforced.

Founder-led pilot availability

New private-pilot requests are currently paused.

We are not accepting new requests for founder-led pilots right now. Existing invited members can continue using their Program Control accounts.

  • Success measuresAgree how reporting effort, duplicate entry, traceability, and decision flow will be evaluated.
  • Founding-partner termsReceive direct roadmap access and pilot pricing before permanent packages are published.

Existing invited members can continue to sign in while founder-led pilot intake is paused.

Current status

Pilot request intake is closed for now.

No new private-pilot requests are being accepted.

This page will be updated when founder-led pilot capacity reopens. No request form or submission endpoint is active.

Common questions

Private-pilot availability and beta access.

Who is the private pilot for?

PMOs and program teams coordinating multiple complex hardware, software, or hybrid projects that need delivery, requirements, risk, evidence, roadmaps, and executive reporting to stay connected.

Are you accepting new private-pilot requests?

No. Founder-led private-pilot requests are paused, and the request form and submission endpoint are disabled.

Does the pilot pause affect beta accounts?

No. Existing invited members can continue using their accounts. New application access remains controlled through owner-issued invitations.

What will the pilot cost?

Permanent public pricing has not been published. Pilot scope, onboarding needs, users, storage, and success measures are reviewed before founder-led pilot terms are proposed.

Can Program Control replace Jira, Confluence, spreadsheets, and specialist tools?

It can consolidate a significant amount of portfolio, delivery, knowledge, traceability, and reporting work. Specialist engineering tools may remain appropriate; Program Control connects the governed program record across them.

Does AI automatically change project records?

No. When a provider is configured, AI can discuss selected evidence and prepare structured drafts. An authorized person must review and approve a proposal before normal project controls apply it.

Can each user tailor the dashboard?

Yes. Role-aware home views support Standard and Focused displays, configurable widgets, pinned projects, favorite views, and direct drilldowns from portfolio health signals to their contributing records.

What can the integrated roadmap builder show?

It keeps readable lanes, controlled dates, milestones, gates, dependencies, the today marker, critical-path emphasis, and a schedule minimap together in the application.

How does the Knowledge Hub work?

Teams can organize pages into spaces, start from templates, create rich formatted content with links, attach supported business files, and connect the material to the records it explains.

Is the guided demo connected to real data?

No. Every name and value on this page is fictional. The demo does not upload, save, or send project material to an AI provider.

Who controls access to the application?

A designated access administrator sends invitations, and each Portfolio owner assigns roles inside the owned workspace. The promotional page does not create an account or grant application access.

One update. Every critical view current.

See whether Program Control can simplify your next portfolio review.
